Why Aegis
The name means protection. The work backs it up.
An aegis was a shield carried into battle. We picked the name because that is the job: protecting your home, your business and your budget from cold rooms, poor air quality and dodgy workmanship.
Timely arrival
You get a confirmed window and a team that turns up inside it. No waiting round all day wondering if anyone is coming.
Installation quality
Correct sizing, tidy pipe runs, clean finishes. The sort of work you would be happy to show the neighbours.
Properly backed
Licensed, insured and refrigerant certified, with a workmanship guarantee on top of the manufacturer warranty.

Trusted in Auckland homes and businesses
”
Turned up bang on time, explained everything without the sales patter and left the place spotless. The lounge is finally warm.

Fixed price up front and it did not move. The install is neat as, you can barely see the pipe work from the drive.

We used them across two commercial sites. Professional from the first call to the final handover, and easy to deal with.

Questions we get asked a lot
What does Aegis Solutions actually do?
We are a building services group. Aegis HVAC is running now and covers heat pumps, ventilation, servicing and repairs for both homes and businesses. Plumbing, electrical and solar divisions are being added, all under the same company and the same phone number.
Do you cover my part of Auckland?
Yes. We have teams working across central, east, south and west Auckland, plus the North Shore, Hibiscus Coast and Franklin. Give us a bell and we will confirm the next available slot in your area.
How much does a heat pump cost installed?
A standard high wall unit supplied and installed starts in the low thousands, depending on the size of the unit and how tricky the install is. Ducted and multi room systems cost more. You get a fixed price in writing after a free on site assessment, so there are no surprises.
Do you work on commercial sites?
We do. Our vans are set up for both residential and commercial work, from a single office split through to multi unit installs and ongoing maintenance contracts.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our installers are qualified and refrigerant certified, we carry full insurance, and every job comes with a workmanship guarantee alongside the manufacturer warranty.
How do I claim the $50 off?
Just mention the offer when you call or add it to your online enquiry, and we will take it off your invoice. Easy as.
